I’m not sure if I’ll post much else this month, I’m trying to build up a queue of stuff for the next few months. Already have some new TeePublic stuff to post in the near future, so now I’m working on some of my more typical art to post too.

This is a quick colored sketch I did in-between working on other art. Context: there are some aspects of FLCL that I really like, and other parts that I don’t. During my vacation I was struck with inspiration to just make my own knock-off/original setting with what I like, plus additional stuff that I like. :D

So the character shown here is named Hannah! One of the main characters for the “new” setting (I’m tentatively calling it “Acidgarde Punks” until/unless I come up with something better). She is more or less the equivalent to Haruko from FLCL. Also a bit of a character named Kitsurubami, mainly just the skin tone and freckles tbh

She has a robot boyfriend who is based off of Canti from FLCL, I’ll draw him eventually. The main thing is that I want him to be overall easier to draw than Canti, especially with the head. Whenever I draw Canti I have to keep using my figures of him as reference. e_e;

Hopefully I’ll be able to share more about this setting in the future! I already have a bunch of notes and a plot outline, so at least I have plenty of material already, lol
