Maddy: "It's their Midnight Delivery special! Cheaper than ordering it during the day anyways."

Match: "This is weird, even for you."

Maddy: "Keep that up and I won't let you try one, you jerk!!"

Match: "Okay okay, I'm sorry!"

The next prompt for Drawtober 2022! ALSO fun fact, I meant to post this on Friday, but then I got severely distracted by video games. :u

Anyways! Yeah, more lighting and shading, and for all of these I made a lot more use of overlay layers to fix up the color palettes to fit better with each theme/setting. It's been interesting experimenting with that, and you'll see it more in the other pics as well! :>

But yeah, now I have a craving for donut holes. Or maybe fried sweet bread in general, lol. Do you have any favorite fried breads like this? Maybe even one that's specific to where you live? Comment below, I love learning about cultural stuff like this, especially food! :D

Edit: Forgot to mention! The books in the corner here were made using a brush/stamp set made by ileydoesthings! Admittedly, the set that I bought a long time ago seems to not be available in her shop anymore? Because the set I have also has some bottle brushes as well, which aren't in her shop anymore. But she does have this bookstore set, which has all the book brushes I have! So hey, go check out her shop and see if there's any brushes you might like.
