First drawing for the new account! Woohoo! I uh, can't think of a good title for this (I'm too used to Tumblr where I don't have to do that, ha ha... )

I've been kinda practicing with drawing closer to the Battle Network/NT Warrior style, since the way I was drawing them before was, well, fairly radically different. To the point where they might as well be different characters (which, I did end up making OCs based off them and some other characters, but that's a thing for another time). So now, I think I did okay! Besides that, I've been using references for better posing, but tbh it feels like some things are still off about this finished drawing. Such as the hands. I'm still not good at hands even with references istg... Ahh, I'll just keep trying! ^^;

Fun fact! I was originally going to color this in greyscale with like fancy manga screentones and stuff. But one thing led to another and I ended up just doing regular colors. At the least I managed to make the lineart pretty clean! Thank goodness for line stabilization. :P

I'm thinking I'll probably be getting back to fan art for Battle Network stuff (mostly Maddy and Match most likely, aha), maybe Zelda and Pokemon too. Also Klonoa, for the sake of nostalgia (I really do miss that series, ahh ;m; ).

Ehh, we'll see where I go from here, I guess! :shrug:

(Now I need to figure out what art groups I should submit too... let me know which Battle Network ones are still active if you do know, otherwise I'll figure it out eventually. :P )
